Don’t forget to toast the Butternut Squash seeds they are healthy too! See the nutritional value of the seeds by clicking on the link above. I wash and clean them and let them sit in a bowl for a day or two to dry ( not sure if you really need to wait). Then I just put some aluminum foil on the pan and toast the seeds in my toaster oven. I don’t use oil. It only took a couple of minutes. When the seeds start to pop turn the toaster off and let them sit in there for 5 minutes. Once they cool, enjoy another healthy snack!
