Choose Healthy Food, Don’t Choose The Pill

I recently went to the doctor and I was asking her why doctors don’t tell their patients about how you can reverse heart disease and type 2 diabetes with diet. She responded we do, we tell them you have to eat right and exercise or choose the pill and most of the time they choose the pill.
