When you download the app to your phone you can choose the vegetarian option which will include vegan options. The non vegan or vegetarian recipes that they have are easily converted to vegan in most cases by deleting the cheese or butter. There are plenty of vegan recipes on the site too. I have made this recipe a few times. I made it with coconut milk and with almond milk. It tastes great with either one so I will choose the almond milk going forward. I believe that coconut milk is not good for you because of the high amount of saturated fat that it contains. It has more saturated fat than butter. Yes, in moderation it is probably fine, but when you are trying to get healthy after not being healthy for so long you probably don’t need to be eating anything that will raise your LDL. I have cooked several recipes with and without coconut milk and have noticed no difference in the taste so I am opting for almond milk only in future recipes.
