The China Study

I am re listening to the book, The China Study, by T. Colin Campbell, PhD and his son Thomas M. Campbell II MD. You should read or listen to this book too and decide for yourself if animal food causes cancer! The book goes into great detail about how animal protein promotes cancer in humans and how when testing with rats and mice they could actually turn on and turn off cancer growth just by introducing and taking away animal protein, specifically casein protein, which is the protein found in milk and other dairy products too, like cheese.

The book does not just talk about cancer research, it covers many of the diseases that are taking a toll on our society and costing people their lives. The book goes in depth about heart disease and cholesterol, obesity, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, nutrition and the proper whole food plant based diet. It covers the corruption in our government and how big medicine company’s drive the research outcomes that they want and do not necessarily promote the truth. Sadly the world of academia is no better, as much of the research dollars come from the food industry! I have said this before, the food industry spews more Fake News than any industry. That’s what I believe. I hope you take the time to read or listen to this great book. It has so much information that you can benefit from.
