For my Christmas dinner I cooked a Tofurky. A friend told me about it awhile back and I figured, even though imitation meat was not my thing, I would give it a try and write a review. I watched the YouTube video and was definitely intrigued. To my surprise it was really good. The gravy and stuffing tasted great, and it tasted like turkey. I made my own vegan mashed potatoes and had corn with it too.
